We Knew Each Other’s Handles. Not Each Other.

We knew each other's handles. Not each other.

It's kind of funny. I know so many people in the scoop world, but I couldn't tell you half their real names. 😂

I know their TikTok handles. I know their voices. I've watched them packing orders at 11pm while I'm doing the exact same thing.

But where do they live? What's their actual name? No clue.

Jenn from Squish Corner felt that too. @thesquishcornerr

I asked her why she started The Business Girlies and her answer was so simple:

"I felt so lonely. And wanted to talk to other people that were doing scoops. Just to chat and keep each other motivated and good vibes."

That was it. No big plan. She was lonely and wanted some scoop friends.

And she almost didn't even post about it.

She told me, "I was like, no one's gonna see. I'm gonna look like a loser."

Turns out, a whole bunch of us were sitting at home feeling the exact same way. 😂

So The Business Girlies started. People joined. We started talking. More people wanted in.

And we LOVE our TikTok group. That's not going anywhere.

We just needed a little more room.

That's what The Scoop Collective is.

It's a place where we can actually find each other's shops, see what everyone sells, share sales, swap boxes, ask questions and maybe realize that girl you've been talking to for six months lives two hours away from you.

Jenn is our founder. Cordy (@cordycrossboutique) and I (@regulation.scoops) are the other two admins. And yes, we actually read the applications. 😂 We want this to feel like a real community where you know who you're talking to.
